We have received your order successfully. The order will be shipped within 1 to 6 business days after receipt of payment. We choose this delivery time in order to guarantee the lowest price for you as a customer.

Are you not at home when we deliver your package or did you miss the delivery person? We will make two delivery attempts to deliver the package to you. The package may be offered to the neighbors, if this is not desirable, you should clearly state this as a comment with the order.

After the 2nd delivery attempt, the package will be stored for a maximum of 3 weeks at a post office in your area.

You will receive a track & trace code from us by e-mail so that you can track the package online.

Did the delivery man never come by? We are sorry that your order was not delivered. Contact us with your order number and delivery details.

Still not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That's annoying. And we're going to do something about that, I promise.

You can register your return at the bottom of the page under the heading 'Other'.

  1. You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order (private individuals).
  2. If you want to cancel your order, you have another 7 days to return the product.
  3. When we have received the product in good order, we will refund the amount to your account. NB! We process returns once a week, so it may take a few days before you hear from us. To keep sales prices as low as possible, return costs are at your own expense.
  4. It is also possible to exchange your order.
  5. Special orders with or without discount cannot be returned.
  6. An order with a larger quantity of more than one item cannot be returned. The standard is more than 5 items of the same item.

It is important that we can determine from the package who it came from. Without clear information about who the package came from, we CANNOT process the return!

The products must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Try on footwear indoors to avoid marks and scratches. If we receive an order that is no longer suitable for sale, it may be returned to you.

Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage. You are responsible for the condition of the products until we receive them back.

All clothing and accessories must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and tags.

All orders are investigated and processed for a refund. If you want a new size or style, you must indicate this.

We recommend that you keep your shipping receipt until we confirm that we have received your return.

When we receive your return, we will investigate and process it. We process the returns once a week, so it may take a few days before you hear from us. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund. However, it may take up to 7 business days for it to appear on your account.

It is our goal to refund returns within 14 days of receiving the products at our warehouse. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to place the original order.


You will receive an email when we have processed your refund. After that, however, it can take 3 to 7 business days before it is processed by your bank and appears on your account. Please send your return package with a tracking service and wait 21 days before contacting us about the status of your return.

Our discount coupons are not valid on products on sale. Check that the code has been entered exactly as it appears, including capital letters and other characters. Make sure there are no spaces before/in/after the code. Also, check the terms and conditions regarding the term and terms of use of the code.

We accept payments via Paypal, iDEAL, Bancontact, postpay, credit card and bank transfer.

Many clothing products have their own size chart. If this is not the case, you can follow the general size chart. You can find it in the menu at the bottom of every page.
