My First Opinel is the knife of little adventurers, little do-it-yourselfers and little gourmets! It is perfect for learning to butter a sandwich with after a mountain hike, sharpening branches or building a tree house. But it's still a knife that really cuts.

Specially designed for children, it features an 8-inch blade with a rounded tip and a clear lacquered handle to protect against dirt. My first Opinel also has a safety ring to lock the blade in the open or closed position.
