PERFORMANCE TIPS:
For lighting a match, it is ideal if the striker is a solid surface that can usually be achieved by simply closing the box.
If the striker and box get wet, the striker will still work, but must dry first so that the surface is firm again. Until then, use an extra striker.
If matches get wet, just wipe them dry before use.
SAFETY TIPS:
Strike away from body or in a downward position. Beware of bystanders.
Be careful when striking the match as sparks can fly off the ignition head.
Run the match in water after use to make sure nothing else catches fire.
